What are the side effects of Cialis?

If you observe any of the following serious side effects, stop taking this medicine and consult a doctor:

  • an allergic reaction (difficulty breathing, closing of the throat, swelling of the lips, tongue, or hives);
  • chest pain or an irregular heartbeat;
  • dizziness, nausea, or angina (pain, pressure, discomfort, numbness, or tingling in your chest, arms, neck, or jaw);

Nitrates are also found in some recreational drugs such as amyl nitrate or nitrite (“poppers”), or alpha-blockers · (besides tamsulosin (Flomax) 0.4 mg once a day) such as doxazosin (Cardura), guanadrel (Hylorel), prazosin (Minipress), terazosin (Hytrin), alfuzosin (Uroxatral), and others. Simultaneous treatment with Cialis with any of the following medications may cause very low pressure, which can lead to dizziness, fainting, heart attack or stroke.
